Ingredients
Maida – 100 gm
Sugar – 200 gm
Ghee – 100 gm
Cardamom powder - 2 teaspoons
Hot water – 250 ml
Method
Heat the kadai and pour 50 gm ghee into it. Add maida to it and stir till it becomes brown. Then add 250 ml boiled hot water to it. Stir it so that there are no lumps. Then add sugar to it. Stir it continuously till it comes to halwa consistency.
In-between add a little ghee i.e. 2 teaspoons, at frequent intervals so that it does not stick to the kadai.
When it reaches halwa consistency, remove from the stove and serve.
