Vijayraaj Bodhankar, a successful contemporary artist, will be holding a solo exhibition at Ayya Art Gallery, Chennai, from December 15 to December 30, 2011.
Born on October 22, 1964, Vijayraaj graduated from the Sri J J School of Art in Mumbai in 1993. Showing great promise, he went on to participate in group exhibitions and started holding solo exhibitions from 2005.
The artist, who has held exhibitions in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, is coming with his art work to Chennai for the first time now.
But his works are already collectors’ items – with many private collectors in India and abroad proudly displaying his art.
