Ayngaya Podi
Ingredients
Neem flowers dried - 1 tablespoon Dry ginger - 50 gms Pepper - 1 tablespoon Toor dhal - 1 tablespoon Red chillies - 4 pieces Jeera - 1 tablespoon Asafoetida - A pinch Curry leaves - A few Salt to taste
METHOD
Fry all the ingredients without oil in a frying pan till they turn dark brown. Grind it in a mixer. This powder should be eaten with gingelly oil or ghee mixed with plain rice.
It has digestive properties and cures stomach ailments.
