Vegnation, a fine dining restaurant from FMCG giant CavinKare, is celebrating Independence Day and vegetarianism with a range of Indian vegetarian dishes that would cater to the patriotic fervour and palate of its customers.
Vegnation offers exciting buffet spread comprising of south Indian, Rajasthani, Gujarati, Bengali, Kashmiri, Kerala, Hyderabadi, Goan, Punjabi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtrian dishes for lunch and dinner at Rs 345 plus taxes on August 13, 14 and 15, 2011 at its restaurants on Lattice Bridge Road (Opp Thyagaraja Theatre), Tiruvanmiyur, and Parson Manor, Gemini. The spread includes three salads, three starters, 16 main course and nine desserts.
Vegnation waiters/captains will wear tricolour flags. There will also be soothing music of patriotic songs.
