Sankranti or Harvest Specials at CUR8, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru will celebrate the various Harvest Festivals of India this January, at CUR8.

In India, Makara SankrantiLohriPongal, and Bihu are the major harvest festivals which traditionally falls on the 15th of January every year, as per the solar calendar. They celebrate the end of the harvest season and the arrival of longer days after the winter solstice. While different states follow diverse customs and rituals, they all represent the cultural diversity and varied landscapes of the country.

Join us as we celebrate the harvest season, with a line-up of seasonal delicacies from around the country. From 15th January until 19th January, at dinnertime, the Indian food counters at the CUR8 buffet will have some delightful new offerings celebrating the bounty of harvest.
