Sound sleep

Sleep is the best medicine for all problems. Sleep directly affects one's mental and physical health. Insufficient sleep can take a serious turn on one's physical and mental health, physical energy, productivity, emotional balance, and may increase weight. Yet many of us regularly toss and turn at night struggling to get the sleep. Our body needs a sound sleep to maintain its balance. Getting a good sleep may seem like an impossible goal when one is wide awake at 3 AM, but humans rather have more control over the quality of sleep. The remedy for sleep related difficulties often lies in one's daily routine. Unhealthy lifestyles  affects one's mood, immune system, creativity, vitality, and weight.

The following the tips,  can  help to have a sound sleep at night,  to boost one's energy, and to improve the creative thought process.

Ÿ   If you need to stay awake late night, opt for a daytime nap, to avoid jetlag. This allows you to pay off your sleep debt without disturbing your natural sleep-wake rhythm.

Ÿ   If you get sleepy before your bedtime, get off and do some physical activity to stimulate your body. This may help to head to bed at the scheduled time. This helps to avoid trouble to get back to sleep.

The more vigorously you exercise, the more it helps to have a sound sleep. Even light exercises such as a brief walk for 10 minutes or a hour helps improving the quality of sleep which  in turn helps improves improve one's physical and mental strength.
