We are very proud of our theme this year – it is ‘Plastic-Free Kolu’.
We wanted not only our dolls to convey a theme but also wanted our whole Kolu festival to spread a valuable social message and, hence, we selected the plastic-free Kolu theme.
There is a miniature model of the Mysore palace. If there is Mysore palace how can we forget Dussehra festival in Mysore? So, we have depicted that also.
We have included a town with a temple and a Navarathri pooja has also been set up.
