A day after expressing their protest over the 10-day suspension of Leader of the Opposition Vijayakanth, wearing black shirts, DMDK members today boycotted Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa's reply while members of the DMK staged a walk out and a few others were evicted by the Speaker.The opposition benches wore a deserted look as DMDK members, who came to the House yesterday wearing black shirts, boycotted the House today when Ms Jayalalithaa replied to the debate on the motion of thanks to the Governor for his address to the House.
The House on February 2 slapped a 10-day suspension on Mr Vijayakanth for his actions lowering the dignity of the House after a heated exchange with Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
